About the Event
This after hours event is back by popular demand. Spring is a time where we tend to spend less time in stillness and rest. The sun is shining, the days are longer, and there are signs of new life everywhere. This is a beautiful energy to welcome in, but it needs to be rooted in intention and presence so that it can be fruitful.
Angelica and Owen are coming together once again to create a warm and blissful cocoon within which you can release and allow the wisdom of your body to heal itself. This practice is about healing through being rather than doing, receiving rather than giving, and allowing rather than forcing.
Owen will open this practice with breathwork that encourages invigorating release, setting the stage for the deep letting go that such a practice requires. Owen then bathes the room with the ethereal sounds of crystal bowls, hand pans, tibetan bowls, and other instruments while Angelica leads you through a nourishing practice of stillness and inner exploration. The session will close with yoga nīdra to guide you from the sensory world to a deeper place of knowing.
Root yourself in bliss as we step into a season marked by rebirth, growth, and wonder.
